Public Hearing: 10.A. 10.D. COA2410-0080 – 1309 Charles Street HFFI supports staff’s recommendation and thanks the applicant for investing in a more durable and compatible material that have historical precedent throughout the historic district. 10.C. COA2410-0082 – 1305 Sophia Street HFFI supports staff’s recommendation and appreciates the thoroughness of the application as well as the time and resources the applicants have invested in the rehabilitation of this historic asset. 5
