Council Present. Mayor Mary Katherine Greenlaw, Presiding. Councilors Kerry P. Devine, Timothy P. Duffy, (5:42), Jason N. Graham and Matthew J. Kelly. Council Absent. Vice-Mayor William C. Withers, Jr., out of town, Charlie L. Frye, Jr. School Board Present. Jennifer Boyd, Chair. Jannan Holmes, Malvina Kay and Kathleen Pomeroy. School Board Present. Jarvis Bailey, Elizabeth Rehm. Economic Development Authority Present. Mary Beth Black, Chair. Mitzi Brown and Will MacIntosh. Economic Development Authority Absent. William Beck, William Murray, Suzy Stone, Christian Waller. Also Present. City Manager Timothy J. Baroody, Assistant City Manager Mark Whitley, Economic Development Director Bill Freehling and Clerk of Council Tonya B. Lacey. Others Present. Kelly Mayer, Manager, MPI for Mary Washington Healthcare, School Superintendent Dr. Marci Catlett, Deputy Superintendent John Russ, Chief Operations/Information Officer Michael George. Ms. Mayer gave a tour of the 2300 facility, she showcased the many areas of opportunity within the facility. Adjournment. There being no further business to come before the Council at this time.
