Council Present. Mayor Kerry P. Devine, Presiding. Vice-Mayor Charlie L. Frye, Jr., Council members Jonathan A. Gerlach, Jannan W. Holmes and Will B. Mackintosh. Council Absent. Councilor Jason N. Graham (out of town). Planning Commission Present. Susanna Finn, Chair. Carey Whitehead, Vice-Chair, Dugan Casswell, Secretary, David Durham, Mary-Margaret Marshall, Jane McDonald and Jospeh Winterer. Also Present. City Manager Timothy J. Baroody, City Attorney Kelly J. Lackey, Community Planning and Development Director Michael Craig, Principle Planner Joshua Crump, Zoning Administrator Kelly Machen, Community Development Planner Bailey Thompson, Director of Economic Development and Tourism Joshua Summits, Public Works Director Will Morris, Assistant Public Works Director Christopher Thomas and Clerk of Council Tonya B. Lacey. Proposed Technology Overlay District (TOD). City Council joined the Planning Commission on their Public Input Session. Director of Economic Development & Tourism Summits presented a PowerPoint presentation giving an overview of the TOD. There were several speakers that spoke. Please refer to the attached Planning Commission minutes. 1  Adjournment. There being no further business to come before the Planning Commission and Council, the meeting was recessed in order to reset to continue the Planning Commission’s regular meeting at 7:30 p.m. ______________________ Tonya B.
