Closed Session – Closed Session for the purpose of discussion or consideration of investing funds of the Economic Development Authority of the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia (“EDA”) for the acquisition and improvement of real property located in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia, where discussion in an open meeting, if made public initially, would adversely affect the bargaining position or negotiating strategy and financial interest of the EDA, which closed meeting is specifically authorized under Virginia Code §2.2-3711.A.3 and 3711.A.6. 16.
