NOTICE City of Fredericksburg Electoral Board will meet to administer their duties regarding the June 18, 2024 Primary June 18, 2024, 4:30am-10:00 pm: For the administration of their Election Day duties. June 20, 2024, 10:00 am: In the Office of the General Registrar and Director of Elections at 601 Caroline Street Suite 500 for the purpose of the Provisional Canvass of Votes. Immediately following the Provisional Canvass, the canvass of the vote will occur. Once convened, the Electoral Board will remain in session, and will recess from time-to-time, for a date and time certain, to complete the requirements of the election and to properly conduct and conclude other business required by the Code of the Commonwealth or the State Department of Elections, in finalizing the election, the fiscal year, and any old or unfinished business from this and prior meetings. Portions of this meeting – beginning Monday, June 17, 2024, until their final adjournment – may include Closed Sessions as allowed by VFOIA §2.2-3711(A)(1, 7 & 8) and/or §24.2- 653.
