AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Meeting Minutes: October 16, 2015 1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement. Meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M. 2. Roll call. Board Members Present: Dave Monke, Robert Steenblock, Eric Johnson, Bill Dugan, Cecilia Harry, Ron Vlach, Michael McGillick, Mike Kempenar. Guests: David Goedeken, Jim Kjeldgaard, Vic Rader, Scott Getzschman 3. Approval of the September 18, 2015 meeting minutes. Motion by Dave Monke and seconded by Ron Vlach to approve the September 18, 2015 minutes, motion passed by vote of members. 4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion. Goedeken reported that ADG has provided the latest updated draft to the City. Copies were sent to the Board Members via email and hard copies were made available at the meeting. Board members will provide comments to the City for inclusion to their response to ADG. 5. Hangar Lease updates. Board discussed potential FAA changes regarding hangar usage. Discussion centered around hangars containing non-aviation related contents. A suggestion was made to send a letter to the tenants regarding the allowable contents of an FAA funded hangar. Chairman Johnson will draft a sample letter and present it at the next Board Meeting. Board discussed the need of having fire extinguishers in all the hangars. 6. Discussion of Airport Financial Reports. Goedeken passed out City Financial Reports for the Airport. 7. Adjournment. Meeting was adjourned at 9:15 A.M.
