Meeting Minutes: February 19, 2016
1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement.
Meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M.
2. Roll call.
Board Members Present: Dave Monke, Eric Johnson, Ron Vlach, Michael McGillick, Mike Kempenar.
Guests: Scott Getzschman, David Goedeken, Jim Kjeldgaard, Vic Rader, Steve Peterson, Justin Zetterman,
Mike Kuhns, Kyle Nelson
3. Approval of the January 15, 2016 meeting minutes.
Motion by Dave Monke and seconded by Ron Vlach, to approve the January 15, 2016 minutes, motion
passed by vote of members.
4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion.
Goedeken reported the plans and study have been submitted to Anna Lannin with the NDA. Comments
have not been received back.
5. Steve Peterson and discussion on hangar.
Mr. Peterson addressed the board to discuss his desire to lease a hangar at the Fremont Airport. He is in
need of a larger hangar to house his plane/planes in one unit. Mr. Peterson had copies of another airport’s
hangar lease agreement specifying the allowed use of the hangars and inquired if there may be tenants
wishing to downsize to a tee hangar to accommodate his wish. It was suggested by the board that at the next
Board Meeting they have an agenda item discussing the allowable uses of the hangars and present utilizations
of hangar space.
6. Adjournment.
Meeting was adjourned at 9:30.

Agenda posted at the Municipal Building and distributed to the Mayor and Board Members on February 17, 2016. The official
current copy is available at City Hall, 400 East Military, City Planning Department Office. The Board reserves the right to go
into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open Meeting Law is posted at the Airport terminal building for review
by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.
