AIRPORT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Meeting Minutes: October 21, 2016 1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement. Meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M. 2. Roll call. Board Members Present: Bill Dugan, Robert Steenblock, Jennifer Weiss-Assman, Cecelia Harry, Ron Vlach, Mike Kempenar Guests: Jim Kjeldgaard, Brad Blum, Greg Kjeldgaard, Vic Rader, Ken Cox, 3. Approval of the September 16, 2016 meeting minutes. Approved by Cecelia Harry, seconded by Bill Dugan. 4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion. Dave Goedeken discussed the consultant RFQ’s will go out soon, FAA procedure is being followed. 5. Consultant selection update terminal project. Several consultants have already heard about the RFQ and have expressed interest in the project. 6. Discussion adding maintenance items to future agendas. Board discussed some general maintenance concerns at the Airport but tabled the item for further discussion at the November 18, 2016 meeting. 7. Discussion of Board Member terms and appointments. Dave Goedeken stated the new appointments will be made at the November 8th, 2016 City Council meeting. Ron Vlach, Dave Monke and Michael McGillick have agreed to step down. Eric Johnson, Cecilia Harry and Bill Dugan will be appointed to a one year term and Ron Spahni, Brad Blum and Tom Randal will be appointed to a 3 year term beginning at the November 18th, 2016 meeting. 8. Adjournment. Meeting was adjourned at 8:55.
