Meeting called to order with Open Meeting Announcement. Meeting was called to order at 8:15 A.M. 2. Roll call. Board Members Present: Ron Spahni, Robert Steenblock, Cecilia Harry, Brad Blum, Tom Randall, Mike Kempenar Guests: Mike Kuhns, Vick Rader, Jim Kjeldgaard, Greg Kjeldgaard, Ron Vlach 3. Approval of the January 20, 2017 meeting minutes. Motion by Tom Randall, seconded by Robert Steenblock. Motion was approved by a vote of the members. 4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion. a. Consultant selection update terminal project Goedeken updated board on the status of the Project. A meeting is scheduled with the Terminal Consultant to work out the details of the scope on March 3rd. Goedeken and Ericson will be attending the scoping meeting. 5. Maintenance Items a. Pavement rehab apron project b. Hangar Maintenance c. Hangar door annual maintenance Goedeken reported on the status of general maintenance at the airport. A maintenance report from the street department was passed around for board review. 6. Discussion of 23rd Street Viaduct. Goedeken reported Staff has met with the Nebraska Department of Roads to discuss this project. As a result of these meetings the City Council will likely reconsider contract agreements with the design engineers to complete the environmental phase of the project. 7. Discussion of drone education survey.  Cecilia Harry passed out draft copies of recent community survey regarding drone training and drone usage in the Fremont area by residents and the business community. 8.
