Agenda posted at the Municipal Building and distributed to the Mayor and Board Members on July 18th, 2018. The official
current copy is available at City Hall, 400 East Military, City Planning Department Office. The Board reserves the right to go
into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open Meeting Law is posted at the Airport terminal building for review
by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.

June 15, 2018
1. Meeting called to order with Open Meeting announcement.
Meeting was called to order at 8:15. Open Meeting Announcement was posted on the wall.
2. Roll call.
Board Members Present: Ron Spahni, Robert Steenblock, Dave Monke, Jennifer Weiss-Assman, Ron
Vlach, Mike McGillick, Brad Blum
Guests: David Goedeken, Bill Dugan, Jim Kjeldgaard, Greg Kjeldgaard Steve Landholm, Ken Cox
3. Approval of the May 18th, 2018 meeting minutes.
Motion by Robert Steenblock, and seconded by Dave Monke, to approve the May 18th, 2018 minutes,
motion passed by vote of members.
4. Terminal Master Plan project update and discussion.
a. Discuss scope of services and consultant progress
Staff briefed the board on the progress of the Terminal Master Plan. The FAA and NDA have received
copies of the draft study and are reviewing the layout.
5. Discussion of Hangar Leases.
Staff reported the status of the leases on the number that have been received and processed.
6. Airport Advisory Board New Appointments, Effective July 2018
1. Bill Dugan
2. Eric Johnson
New Board Members have been appointed by the Mayor and accepted by the City Council. Board
members will become effective at the July 20th, 2018 Advisory Board Meeting.
7. Maintenance Items
a. Civil Air Patrol Building
Staff is seeking bids for the painting and exterior repair of the Civil Air Patrol Building.
b. Runway 1/19
City staff has removed the runway markings and restriped the runway as a taxiway.
8. Adjournment.
