Consideration and possible action on recommendation to the City of Fremont in regards to issues pertaining to trees blocking stop signs at the following intersections; 3rd Street – NE corner of 3rd & Main, S on Main – NE corner of 5th Main & S on Main – NE & NW corners. 4.
