Consideration and possible action accepting a letter of resignation from board member Gordon Breithaupt. 8. Consideration and possible action on making a recommendation to city council of a new board member to fill the unexpired term of Gordon Breithaupt. 9. Comments from the public 10. Consideration and possible action on making changes to the proposed BID Resolution based on comments made during the open public meeting on August 8 th, 2016 at the Fremont Art Association. 11. As per Nebraska Statute 19-4021; discussion and preparation of development plan to be re-presented to the Mayor and the City Council for consideration at some time in the future. 12. Next meeting 13.
