Receive and possible recommendation to approve payment to Clark Boschult for writing the legal description for the “DC-Downtown Commercial” zoning in the amount of $180. 4. Review results of the November 8 th City Council meeting on the creation of a Business Improvement District as per Nebraska Statute 19-4021. 10. Based on the decision by the City Council formulate a plan to move forward. 11. Next meeting 12. Adjournment rd Agenda posted at the Municipal Building on Nov. 3 , 2016. The Board reserves the right to go into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open Meeting Law is available for review by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.  Downtown Improvement District Meeting Minutes September 20th, 2016, 12:00, Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Tom Coday, Howard Krasne, Kevin Main, Rob George, Richard Register, Absent: None Others Present: Jerry Johnson, Brian Newton, Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the August 16th, 2016 meeting by Kevin Main and seconded by Howard Krasne. Motion carried. Brian Newton suggested that the DID may need to stay active and send out new statements during 2017. Bob Missel stated that DID account balance is at $10,190.00. Being that there was no other business meeting was adjourned. Absent: Bill Parks, Vince O'Connor Others Present: Brian Newton Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open public meeting with a copy of the open public meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of the July19th meeting by Roxie Kracl and seconded by Howard Krasne. Motion carried. Motion was made by Richard Register and seconded by Roxie Kracl to send the revised resolution to the City Council including the assessment based on property value and to have the tax collected by Dodge County on the property owners property tax statement.
