A copy of the Open Meeting Law is available for review by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of items on this agenda.  Business Improvement District Meeting Minutes June 20, 2017, 12:00 pm Grace Church Present: Bob Missel, Glen Ellis, Jerry Johnson, Richard Register, Roxie Kracl, Vince O’Connor Absent: Howard Krasne, Gary Pebley, Bill Parks, Kevin Main, Tom Cody Others Present: Shannon Mullen Meeting was called to order and it was noted that it was an open meeting with a copy of the open meeting law available in the room. Motion was made to approve the minutes of May 16th, 2017 meeting by Richard Register and seconded by Vince O’Connor. Motion carried. Motion was made to award MainStreet of Fremont $5000.00 to be used toward their Director's salary by Richard Register and seconded by Jerry Johnson. Motion carried. Shannon Mullen gave an overview of the Market Research proposal from Barman Development Strategies, LLC. Barman will be engaging in July and boots on the ground in August with a Fall release of report. Reports from various subcommittees: Christmas Decorations - Vince gave update on three vendors they are looking at Maintenance - Shannon reported that new gardener is doing a great on green spots. Future Projects - Glen Ellis presented ‘PegRider’, an app that will be available to MU students this fall to get a ride to and from Downtown Fremont Marketing - Had no report this month Budgeting - Bob Missel talked about how city will be taking responsibility for invoicing building owners, instead of county. Should not affect our budget or income. Being that there was no other business the meeting was adjourned.
