Board Present: Tom Coday, Vince O'Conner, Richard Register, Brenden Murray, Howard Krasne, JJ Bixby,
Berta Quintero and Sam Heineman
Absent: Bill Parks, Kevin Main, Jerry Johnson, Roxie Kracl, Daniel Cech,and Ginger Rosenthal
Guests: Jennifer Dam, Ryan Durant, Mayor Joey Spellerberg, Shannon Mullen, Angie Olson Nicholas Davis and
Sujan Das Shiesttna
1. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Coday at 8:30 Roll call was taken. Brenden Murray, Howard
Krasne and Richard Register arrived by 8:36 am. It was noted that a copy of the Open Public Meeting
Act was posted and available in the room.
2. The Downtown portion of the City's comprehensive plan was presented by Nicholas Davis of Houseal-
Lavigne and discussed. The goal of the meeting was to have the future plans of the BID mesh with the
overall City plan.
3. Meeting was adjourned at 10:28.

Comprehensive Plan.

Agenda posted at the Municipal building on February 4, 2022. The Board reserves the right to go into Executive Session when necessary. A copy of the Open
Meeting Law is available for review by the public. The Board reserves the right to adjust the order of the items on this agenda.
