City Council and Planning Commission Special Meeting
January 7, 2025 – 6:00pm
Fremont City Auditorium 925 North Broad Street, Fremont
NE Study Session – 6:00 P.M.
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER Mayor Spellerberg called the meeting to order.
ROLL CALL Roll call showed City Council Members Sookram, Peterson, Ganem,
Jensen, Lathrop present. Von Behren, Horner, and Vaughan absent. 5 members
present.
4. Presentation by Charlie Cowell regarding Draft UDC. Planning
Director Jennifer Dam introduced Charlie Cowell. Cowell
provided a Unified Development Code (UDC) update. Cowell
and Dam answered questions. No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT Motion made by Jensen seconded by Sookram to adjourn the
City Council; time 7:52pm. Voting in favor: Ganem, Jensen, Peterson, Sookram,
Lathrop. Absent: VonBehren, Horner, Vaughan. Motion carried.
