CITY OF FREMONT UTILITY AND INFRASTRUCTURE BOARD SPECIAL MEETING AUGUST 20, 2019 – 6:30 P.M. A meeting of the Utility and Infrastructure Board was held on August 20, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at 400 East Military, Fremont, Nebraska. The meeting was preceded by publicized notice in the Fremont Tribune and the agenda displayed in the Municipal Building. The meeting was open to the public. A continually current copy of the agenda was available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator, 400 East Military. The agenda was distributed to the Utility and Infrastructure Board on August 16, 2019 and posted, along with the supporting documents, on the City’s website. A copy of the open meeting law is posted continually for public inspection. ROLL CALL Roll call showed Board Members Sawtelle, Shelso, and Bolton present. Vering and Wiese absent. 3 present, 2 absent. DISCUSS CAPTIAL IMPROVEMENT PLAN Jody Sanders, Finance Director, gave overview. No motion received. DISCUSS 2019-2020 BUDGET Jody Sanders, Finance Director, gave overview. No motion received. DISCUSS 2020-2021 BUDGET Jody Sanders, Finance Director, gave overview. No motion received. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Member Bolton and seconded by Member Shelso to adjourn at 8:20 p.m. Ayes: Sawtelle, Shelso and Bolton.
