The City of Fresno Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) meeting will
be conducted electronically and telephonically only. To observe the meeting use the

Members of the public are encouraged to participate electronically.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
a) Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes per person.
b) Those addressing BPAC must state their name for the record.
c) To facilitate electronic access, no person shall speak until recognized by the
Chair.
d) All participants will be on mute until they are called upon at which point they will
be unmuted.

Members of the public may address the BPAC regarding items that are not listed on
the agenda. Each person is limited to a three (3) minute presentation. Anyone
wishing to be placed on an agenda for a specified topic should contact the Traffic
Operations and Planning Office at least seven (7) days prior to the desired date.
BPAC action on unscheduled items, if any, shall be limited to referring the item to a
future meeting.
