THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND CITY HALL WILL BE OPEN TO THE
PUBLIC AT A LIMITED CAPACITY.
THE BICYCLE PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE WELCOMES YOU TO

Members of the public are encouraged to participate electronically because of
reduced capacity of seating to allow for social distancing.
PUBLIC COMMENT:
a) Public comment will be limited to 3 minutes per person.

Chair.

c) All comments received will be distributed to BPAC prior and during the

4. UNSCHEDULED COMMUNICATIONS/PUBLIC COMMENT.
Members of the public may address the BPAC regarding items that are not listed
on the agenda. Each person is limited to a three (3) minute presentation. Anyone
wishing to be placed on an agenda for a specified topic should contact the
Traffic Operations and Planning Office at least seven (7) days prior to the desired
date. BPAC action on unscheduled items, if any, shall be limited to referring the
item to a future meeting.
