Clark, Development and Resource Management Director, on behalf of the City of Fresno, citywide application a. RESOLUTION - Certifying Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. SCH 2012111015 prepared for the General Plan Update and the Development Code Update; and, i. Adopting Findings of Fact as required by Public Resources Code, section 21081(a) and CEQA Guidelines, Section 15091; and ii.
