APPROVE AGENDA City Council approved the special emergency meeting agenda during the regular meeting. Soria Councilmember Mike Karbassi Councilmember Luis Chavez Councilmember Garry Bredefeld Councilmember Nelson Esparza Open Session ID BILL (for introduction and adoption) - Amending Section 2-513 of the 20-00537 Fresno Municipal Code to extend the duration of the price gouging ordinance (Requires 5 votes) The above item was introduced to Council at 3:21 P.M. by Council President Arias, District 3. Upon call, there was no public comment and no Council discussion. BILL 15/ORDINANCE 2020-015 ADOPTED On motion of Councilmember Soria, seconded by Councilmember Karbassi, that the above Action Item be adopted.
