Upon call, there was no public comment. City Council recessed into Closed Session at 10:06 A.M. and returned from Closed Session at 10:29 A.M. The below item was discussed. C. White Avenue, Fresno, CA 20-001662 93728 (APN 449-343-07) 1. Adopt a finding of Categorical Exemption pursuant to Section 15301/Class 1 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) guidelines 2. Approve Assignment and Delegation of Purchase and Sale Agreement with the Housing Authority of the City of Fresno for the purchase of 1444 W. White Avenue, Fresno, CA 93728 from S&H Hotel, LLC for $2,850,000 Councilmember Bredefeld recused himself from the above item. There was no introduction to Council, no public comment and no Council discussion. APPROVED On motion of Vice President Caprioglio, seconded by Councilmember Esparza, that the above Action Item be approved.
