The motion was by Councilmember Arias and the second was by Vice President Esparza. On motion that the above be approved. The motion FAILED by the following vote: ID 21-977 Signed Special Closed Session Notice CLOSED SESSION ID 21-978 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATOR - Government Code Section 54956.8 Property: UMC Campus; Negotiating Parties: City Manager, County of Fresno; Under Negotiations: Price and terms of sale. City Council met in special closed session at 7:58 P.M. Council President Chavez recused himself and was absent for the duration of the discussion.
