Sloan City Clerk - Todd Stermer, CMC City Council Meeting Minutes - Final January 20, 2022 City Council met in Special Closed Session on the date and time written above. 2:00 PM ROLL CALL Councilmember Soria and Councilmember Chavez were absent during roll call and joined the meeting at 2:10pm. Present: 7 - President Luis Chavez Vice President Nelson Esparza Councilmember Esmeralda Z. Soria Council Member Mike Karbassi Council Member Miguel Angel Arias Councilmember Tyler Maxwell Councilmember Garry Bredefeld APPROVE AGENDA On motion of Councilmember Bredefeld, seconded by Vice President Esparza,the above action was APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Esparza, Karbassi, Arias, Maxwell and Bredefeld Absent: 2 - Chavez and Soria ID 22-173 Notice of Special Closed Session Meeting - Signed CLOSED SESSION Upon call, there was no public comment. City Council recessed into Closed Session at 2:10pm. There was no announcement made after closed session. NEWBOLD TOWN BOARD REGULAR and FINANCE MEETING Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025, Time: 6:00 P.M. Place: Newbold Community Center AGENDA The Town of Newbold Town Board will meet for a Regular Town Board meeting at 6:00 p.m., Thursday, November 13, 2025, in open session at the Newbold Community Center, 4608 Apperson Drive, Rhinelander, WI 54501, Oneida County, WI. The purpose of the meeting is as follows: 1. Call Regular Town Board Meeting to order. 2. Pledge of allegiance. Verify Agenda Notice to the Public. 3. Approve agenda for meeting with the order of items at the Chairs discretion. 4. Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. 5. Approve prior Town Board meeting minutes of October 30, 2025, and Special meeting minutes of October 23, 2025. 6. Monthly Town Assessor Report by Jef Muelver, Town Assessor. 7. Discussion and action on Oneida County Zoning Requests, Plan Commission and Citizen Zoning Request, if any along with Plan Commission Chairman’s Report. 8. Discussion and updates/action on Electronic Recycling Event held 11/8/2025. 9. Discussion and action on Sale of 1998 town owned Tandem Dump Truck. 10. Discussion and action on Newbold Library Representative vacancy. 11. Discussion, action and update on Fire Works Permit application for Blind Pig. 12. Discussion, action on Northland Pines School Administrator letter & invitation. 13. FINANCE MEETING: Approval of any line-item Budget Transfers. 14. Approval of Bills and Disbursements and sign checks. 15. Receive Finance Reports and discuss any other financial matters. 16. Administrative review and action, if necessary, concerning general government, public safety, recycling, sanitation, culture, education, job assignments, project updates, transportation, budget items, fund transfers, and future agenda items. 17. Public Comment and Communication Period per Wisconsin Statutes whereby the Town Board may receive input on any matter raised by the public. No action will be taken. 18. Adjournment.
