The Appellant and Labor Representative, Marina Magdaleno, was also present The Hearing on Appeal was rescheduled for September 24, 2018 and September 25, 2018. B. Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct a Public Employee Discipline Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] Deputy City Attorney III, Jennifer DeRuosi, and Administrative Manager of Public Works, Shelley Morrison, was present on behalf of the Appointing Authority. Attorney at Law, Thomas Sharpe, was present on behalf of the Appellant. The Hearing on Appeal was scheduled for October 9, 2018. C.
