Roll Call Present 5 - Vice Chair Jack Tracy, Board Member Lynda Snauffer, Board Member Dean Eller, Chair Michael McDonald, and Board Member Elba Gomez Board Counsel, Dan McCloskey, was present and represented the Board. Also present were Acting Secretary Designee, Karnell Grijalva, Assistant City Attorney, Tina Griffin, Deputy City Attorney III, Jennifer DeRuosi and Stephanie Snyder, Director of Personnel Services, Jeff Cardell, and Assistant Director of Personnel Services, Marissa Gonzales. 2. Approval of Minutes A. March 20, 2019 On motion of Board Member Eller, seconded by Vice Chair Tracy, that the March 20, 2019 minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5 - Vice Chair Tracy, Board Member Snauffer, Board Member Eller, Chair McDonald and Board Member Gomez 3. At 11:00am, the decisions of the Board were announced in accordance with the Brown Act. 4. Unscheduled Public Communications None 5.
