Roll Call Present 4 - Vice Chair Jack Tracy, Board Member Dean Eller, Chair Michael McDonald, and Board Member Elba Gomez Absent 1 - Board Member Lynda Snauffer Board Counsel, Dan McCloskey, was present and represented the Board. Also present were Acting Secretary Designee, Karnell Grijalva, Deputy City Attorney III, Jennifer DeRuosi, and Assistant Director of Personnel Services, Marissa Gonzales. At 9:06 am the Board convened into Closed Session. 2. Hearing on Appeal A. Closed Session - Continued Public Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957] City of Fresno ***Subject to Mayoral Veto Page 1 Civil Service Board Meeting Minutes May 10, 2019 Deputy City Attorney III, Stephanie Snyder, and Director of Transportation, Gregory Barfield, were present on behalf of the Appointing Authority. The Appellant and Attorney at Law, Jacob Weisberg, were also present. Witnesses were sequestered and the reading of the Order was waived by the parties. Exhibits of evidence were presented during testimony and they were filed and moved into the record. At 4:02pm, all parties agreed to continue the Hearing on Appeal for an additonal day. The Hearing on Appeal was continued to May 15, 2019 at 10:00am. At 4:02am the Board reconvened into Open Session. 3. Unscheduled Public Communications None 4.
