ID Schedule Meeting(s) to conduct a Public Employee Discipline 20-001647 Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284 Senior Deputy City Attorney I, Stephanie Snyder, was present on behalf of the Appointing Authority. The Appellant was present. The Hearing on Appeal was scheduled for February 2, 2021. 3. Marshall Hodgkins and the Appellant. Witnesses were sequestered and the reading of the Order was waived by the parties. Exhibits of Evidence were presented during testimony.
