Also present was Acting Secretary Designee, Yvonne Teixeira. 2. Approval of Minutes A. ID 21-384 February 2, 2021 On motion of Vice Chair Tracy, seconded by Board Member Moreno, that the above Action Item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chair McDonald, Vice Chair Tracy and Board Member Moreno At 9:44 AM the Board convened into Closed Session. 3. ID 21-385 Closed Session - Continued Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954] On motion of Vice Chair Tracy, seconded by Board Member Moreno, that the above Action Item be Approved and Returned Signed. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chair McDonald, Vice Chair Tracy and Board Member Moreno Neither the Appellant nor Appellant's Representative were present. Neither the Appointing Authority nor it's designee were present. B.
