Also present were Acting Secretary Designee Michael Torosian, Deputy City Attorney lll Mao Lee, Deputy City Attorney lll Laura Davila and Assistant Director of Personnel Jennifer Misner. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A ID 22-1708 October 19, 2022 On motion of Board Member Cregar, seconded by Board Member Moreno, that the above Action Item be APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chairperson McDonald, Board Member Moreno and Cregar Excused: 1 - Vice Chair Tracy Absent: 1 - Board Member Magdaleno 3. NEW BUSINESS A ID 22-1709 Closed session - Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] B ID 22-1710 Closed session - Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release Consideration of Hearing Officer’s Findings [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code section 3-283] At 9:04 am the Board convened into Executive Session. At 9:36 am the Board convened back into Closed Session. On motion of Board Member Moreno, seconded by Board Member Cregar, that the Hearing Officer’s Findings and Recommendation be AFFIRMED and the order City of Fresno ***Subject to Mayoral Veto Page 2 Civil Service Board Meeting Minutes - Final November 4, 2022 of suspension of Appellant be rescinded.
