ROLL CALL Present 3 - Chairperson Michael McDonald, Board Member Linda Moreno, and Todd L. Cregar Absent 1 - Board Member Marina Magdaleno Board Counsel James McCann , was present and represented the Board. Also present were Acting Secretary Designee Michael Torosian, Supervising Deputy City Attorney Jennifer DeRuosi , Deputy City Attorney lll Mao Lee, Deputy City Attorney lll Laura Davila and Assistant Director of Personnel Jennifer Misner. At 8:59 am the Board convened into Closed Session. 2. APPLICANT REVIEWS A. ID 23-145 Closed Session - Public Employee Appointment - Title: Maintenance and Operations Assistant [Review of Director Removal from Eligibility List Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code section 3-249] Secretary Designee announced that the Hearing had been withdrawn by the Appellant. Board Counsel added the Hearing was withdrawn from Board jurisdiction based upon resolution between the parties. 3. NEW BUSINESS A. ID 23-143 Closed session - Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] 4. HEARING ON APPEAL A. ID 23-146 Closed Session - Continued Public Employee Discipline/Dismissal/Release [Pursuant to Government Code Section 54954] Secretary Designee announced that the Hearing had been withdrawn by Appellant Counsel. Board Counsel added the Hearing was withdrawn from Board jurisdiction based upon resolution between the parties. At 9:10 am the Board convened into Open Session.
