ROLL CALL Present 4 - Chairperson Michael McDonald, Board Member Linda Moreno, Board Member Todd L. Cregar, and Jack Tracy Absent 1 - Board Member Marina Magdaleno Board Counsel James McCann , was present and represented the Board. Also present were Acting Secretary Designee Michael Torosian, Supervising Deputy City Attorney Jennifer DeRuosi , Deputy City Attorney lll Mao Lee and Assistant Director of Personnel Jennifer Misner. 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. ID 23-232 January 23, 2023 On motion of Board Member Moreno, seconded by Board Member Cregar, the above Action Item hereby be APPROVED. The motion duly carried, RESOLVED by a unanimous vote. B. ID 23-233 January 24, 2023 On motion of Board Member Moreno, seconded by Board Member Cregar, the above Action Item hereby be APPROVED. The motion duly carried, RESOLVED by a unanimous vote. At 9:01 am the Board convened into Closed Session. 3. NEW BUSINESS A. ID 23-234 Schedule Meeting(s) to Conduct Appeal Hearing [Pursuant to Fresno Municipal Code Section 3-284] 4. HEARING ON APPEAL A.
