ID 23-557 March 21, 2023 On motion of Vice Chair Tracy, seconded by Board Member Cregar, that the above Action Item be APPROVED. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 3 - Chairperson McDonald, Vice Chair Tracy and Board Member Cregar Excused: 1 - Board Member Moreno At 9:01 am the Board convened into Closed Session. 3.
