ID#15-1176 Consideration of Approval of Request by the Property Owner(s) to Recommend to the City Council the Designation of the Following Properties to the Local Register of Historic Resources, with Adoption of Findings Necessary to Support Recommendation Pursuant to FMC 12-1609 (Action Item): 1. The Eugene and Eleanor Risley Home located at 243 N. Van Ness Avenue. 2. The Thomas and Sadie Elliott Home located at 934 E. Mildreda Avenue. ID#15-1178 Review and Approve Conceptual Plans for the Relocation by the High Speed Rail Authority of the Van Ness Gate Entrance Pursuant to FMC 12-1617 (Action Item).
