If you challenge these matters in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues
you or someone else raised in oral or written testimony at or before the close of the
hearing.

A. ID#15-1176 Consideration of Approval of Request by the Property Owner(s) to
Recommend to the City Council the Designation of the Following
Properties to the Local Register of Historic Resources, with Adoption
of Findings Necessary to Support Recommendation Pursuant to
FMC 12-1609 (Action Item):
1. The Eugene and Eleanor Risley Home located at 243 N. Van
Ness Avenue.
2. The Thomas and Sadie Elliott Home located at 934 E. Mildreda
Avenue.

3. The J.H. Waller Home located at 306 N. Park Avenue.
4. The Edwin C. Smith/Dr. K.J. Staniford Home and Lewis

Avenue.
Staff Recommendation: Approve and forward to City Council.
B. ID#15-1177 Consideration of Approval of Request by Staff to Recommend to the
City Council the Designation of the Parkside/Golden State Company
(Central Valley Cheese) Buildings Located at 450 E. Belmont to the
Local Register of Historic Resources, with Adoption of Findings
Necessary to Support Recommendation Pursuant to FMC 12-1609
and General Plan Policy HCR-2-g (Demolition Review) (Action
Item).
Staff Recommendation: Approve and forward to City Council.
C. ID#15-1178 Review and Approve Conceptual Plans for the Relocation by the
High Speed Rail Authority of the Van Ness Gate Entrance Pursuant
to FMC 12-1617 (Action Item).
Staff Recommendation: Approve Mariposa Street location.
