Consider and act upon the Election of Officers for the Frisco Community Development Corporation Board of Directors. 3. Recess into Closed Session in compliance with Section 551.001 et. seq. Texas Government Code, to wit; A. Section 551.072. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property located: i. South of U.S. 380, North of The Colony city limits and North of S.H. 121, East of F.M. 423, and West of Preston Road. ii. Consider and act upon approval of the Minutes of the September 16, 2010 Regular Meeting of the Board. 6. Update on the Museum of the American Railroad Project. 9. Consider and act upon approval of authorization for the City Manager to execute American Institute of Architects (AIA) Document G704-2000, Certificate of Substantial Completion for the Frisco Discovery Center Project. 10. Consider and act upon the extension of the Convenience Food Systems (CFS) Lease Agreement. 11. Consider and act upon approval of a Real Estate Sales Contract with General Electric Credit Equities, Inc. and authorize the City Manager to execute all documents to effectuate the land purchase of 91.645 acres located at the northwest corner of Warren Parkway and the Dallas Parkway (Dallas North Tollway). 12. Discussion regarding future agenda items.
