MINUTES
CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Maso called the meeting to order at 4:35 p.m. and announced that a quorum
was present.
Representing FSMD Board: Mayor Maher Maso, Councilmember Pat Fallon,
Councilmember Jeff Cheney, and Frisco Square Managing Partners, Jim Leslie, and
Cathy Sweeney.
Representing FSMD Staff: Bob Shearer
Representing City Staff: City Manager George Purefoy, City Secretary Jenny Page,
Development Services Director John Lettelleir, Assistant Engineering Director Liz
Metting (arrived 4:42 p.m.), and Assistant City Manager Nell Lange (arrived 4:50 p.m.)

1. Approval of Minutes from the May 10, 2010, regular called FSMD Board
Meeting.
Pat Fallon moved to approve the minutes from the May 10, 2010 meeting.
Cathy Sweeney seconded the motion. All were in favor and the motion carried
5 -0.
Mayor Maso continued with Item 4.
2. Update regarding the FSMD Budget.
Assistant City Manager Nell Lange gave an update on the
FSMD budget. She commented that $30,000.00 was received in August from
the State and she will send an update in the next few days by email.
3. Update on project status in FSMD.
Assistant Engineering Director Liz Metting gave an update on the City Hall
Parking Garage and said it will be completed sometime in December.
Cathy Sweeney commented that CoServ will address easement problems on
Main Street before the Christmas light show and the sidewalk bid was opened in
August and contracts have been signed.
Discussion was held on the NCAA events coming up in January. Suggestions
for tailgate events were a BBQ cook off and activities geared around father and
son participation.
With no further business to discuss, Mayor Maso asked for a motion to adjourn.
4. Update on activity (Frisco Square).
FSMD Executive Director Jim Leslie gave an update on the following Frisco
Square activities:
Cinemark is planning to open around the middle to end of November.
94% of The Residences apartments are leased. (Liz Metting arrived 4:42
p.m.)
RHB building cost was high and looking at alternatives.
Forest Park Medical Center is moving forward and hoping to start
construction in October and goes to P & Z on September 28th.
Pizzeria Testa is open to an alternative location in Frisco Square.
Arts in the Square plans are moving forward. (Nell Lange arrives at 4:50
p.m.)

Mr. Leslie gave highlights of the 2010 Events Calendar and announced that Bob
Shearer will be leaving Frisco Square at the end of October.
Mayor Maso continued by moving back to Item 2.
ADJOURN
Pat Fallon moved to adjourn at 5:00 p.m. Jeff Cheney seconded the motion. All were
in favor and the motion carried 5 -0.
