NOTICE AND AGENDA FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY COUNCIL MEETING Tuesday, February 24 6:00 p.m. www.fruitheightscity.com NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold a Strategic Planning Meeting in place of its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 24th, 2015 at City Hall, located at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City at 6:00 p.m. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 7:00 P.M. REGULAR MEETING 1. WELCOME: MAYOR DON CARROLL 2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: - February 3, 2015 3. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: This meeting is open to the public but comments from the public will not be received to allow for an open discussion between the Mayor, City Council, and City Staff for the purposes of planning and budgeting. 4. STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING: 4.1. The purpose for this strategic planning meeting is to allow for the Mayor, City Council, and City Staff to discuss and plan for future needs within the City’s Culinary Water Enterprise Fund, Storm Drain Enterprise Fund, Sewer Enterprise Fund, Solid Waste Enterprise Fund, Secondary Water Enterprise Fund, and the Vehicle and Equipment Enterprise Fund. The City will also review and discuss projects for the Parks and Trails Fund, Street Maintenance Fund, Planning and Zoning Fund, and future budgeting needs for all of these categories. 5. UPCOMING CALENDAR EVENTS: 5.1. City Sponsored Spring Clean Up April 20-May 8 6. DEPARTMENT & CITY OFFICIAL REPORTS 6.1. City Engineer’s Report 8.4. City Council Members Reports 6.2.
