Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City at 6:30 p.m. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 6:30 P.M. STRATEGIC PLANNING MEETING 1. SPECIAL PRESENTATIONS: This meeting is open to the public but comments from the public will not be received to allow for an open discussion between the Mayor, City Council and City Staff. 3. Electronic Meeting: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
