CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that chapter. 9.1 Strategy Session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation 9.2 Strategy Session to discuss the purchase of real property 10. Electronic Meeting: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
