CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA Tuesday, February 6, 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Fruit Heights City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Tuesday, February 6, 2018, at 7:30 pm. The meeting will be held at 910 S. Mountain Road, Fruit Heights City. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. Meetings of the Fruit Heights City Council may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code Ann. 52-4-207, as amended. In such circumstances, contact will be established and maintained via electronic means and the meeting will be conducted pursuant to the Electronic Meetings policy established by the City Council for electronic meetings.
