CITY COUNCIL BOARD LIAISON REPORTS – This time is set aside for Council members to report on the
responsibilities they oversee as liaisons to the City Council and goals they would like to achieve by the next Council
Meeting.

• Diane Anderson – Cemetery and Playground Committee
• Gary Anderson – Parks and Trails
• Jeanne Groberg –YCC, LPC, Civic Activities
• John Pohlman – Wasatch Integrated Waste Board, COG and WFRC
8. INFORMATION ITEMS/UPCOMING EVENTS:
9. CITY STAFF REPORTS - This time is set aside to update the City Council on City Projects that City Staff is
working on. These projects include Public Works Projects and Administrative Projects.

10. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff
can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor.
11. CLOSED MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, pursuant to Title 52, Chapter 4 of the
Utah Code, the City Council may vote to hold a closed meeting for any of the purposes identified in that
chapter.
12. ADJOURNMENT: The Next City Council Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday April 23rd, 2019
