CITIZEN PUBLIC COMMENTS POLICY AND PROCEDURE Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to Governor Herbert’s Executive Order, dated March 18, 2020 relating to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, Fruit Heights City will be holding this Special City Council Meeting via electronic means. Any person(s) who wishes to view electronically held City Council meetings may do so by accessing the City Council Live Stream meeting during regularly scheduled electronic City Council meeting times. Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment during an electronic City Council meeting may submit a comment form to the City Council via email only at citycouncil@fruitheightscity.com at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of a regularly scheduled electronic City Council meeting time. Audio equipment will be used to ensure the comments and votes of each council member participating in an electronic meeting will be audible to those people digitally viewing the electronic meetings. 3. FRUIT HEIGHTS CITY IS HOLDING A SPECIAL MEETING TO DISCUSS AN INTOLOCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN FRUIT EHIGTHS CITY AND WEBER BASIN WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT 3.1. Review/Discuss/Approve/Deny Interlocal Cooperation Agreement Between Fruit Heights City and Weber Basin Water Conservancy District. 4. ELECTRONIC MEETING: By motion of the Fruit Heights City Council, Elected Officials and City Staff can participate in regularly scheduled meetings via electronic media when approved by the Mayor. 5.
