Notice is also hereby given that no anchor location will be provided for the public to physically attend such electronic meetings. Any person(s) who wishes to view electronically held Planning Commission meetings may do so by accessing the Planning Commission Live Stream meeting during regularly scheduled electronic Planning Commission meeting times. Notice is further hereby given that person(s) wishing to make a public comment during an electronic meeting may submit a comment form to the Planning Commission via email only at bgreen@fruitheightscity.com at least thirty (30) minutes prior to the start of a regularly scheduled electronic meeting time. Audio equipment will be used to ensure the comments and votes of each council member participating in an electronic meeting will be audible to those people digitally viewing the electronic meetings. 1.
