will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, at 6:30 p.m.;

A Regular Meeting will commence at 7:00 p.m. (available for streaming at
www.fultonmo.org) in the City Council Chambers located on the Upper Level of City Hall, 18
E. 4th Street, to consider and discuss matters on the following Tentative Agenda and such

a. Resolution No. 3479: Facility Use Agreement with Callaway Ambulance
District
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Fulton, Missouri,
to enter into an Agreement with the Callaway County Ambulance District of
the City of Fulton, Missouri, for the provision of reciprocal facility usage in the
event of a disaster where one party’s facility is unusable.

b. Resolution No. 3480: Firefighter Collective Bargaining Agreement
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Fulton, Missouri,
to enter into an Agreement with the Local 2945 International Association of
Firefighters and establishing an effective date.

c. Resolution No. 3481: Water Tower and Storage Tank Rehab Contract
A Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Fulton, Missouri,
to sign all necessary documents in relation to a Contract with Viking Painting,
LLC, for services relating to the rehabilitation and repainting of the pedestal
water tower and ground storage tank located in the southern half of Fulton
(South Business 54 and Collier Lane), Project CoF 22-04, at an estimated cost
of $1,159,450.00.

An Ordinance amending Chapter 14, Article I, Animals – In General, Section
14-4 by repealing all of Section 14-4 Animal Control Officer. and enacting
section 14-4 in full, and establishing an effective date.

a. Bill No.1674:
An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 1612-23 (Bill 1665) and authorizing
the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Fulton, Missouri to execute all necessary
documents in relation to the Missouri Department of Transportation
Application for Federal/State Assistance for project design by Crawford,
Murphy, and Tilly, Inc. (CMT) regarding Airport Runway Lighting Project
Number 23-04A-1, and establishing an effective date.

a. Bill No. 1672: Annual Financial Disclosure Requirement
An Ordinance re-enacting Sec. 2-9 through 2-13 of the Fulton City Code
pertaining to the Annual Financial Disclosure Requirement, and establishing
an effective date.
14. ANNOUNCEMENTS:
a. The next City Council meeting will be held Tuesday, March 28, 2023, at
7:00 p.m.
b. Election Day is Tuesday, April 4, 2023. (Polls open 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.)
c. The 22nd Annual Clean Sweep will be held on Saturday, April 15, 2023. To
register, please contact Parks & Recreation at 573-592-3190.
d. Spring Cleanup Week will take place April 10-14th along regular pick-up
routes (no construction debris or tires). Contact the Solid Waste Department
with questions at 573-592-3176.
15. EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Notice is given 24 hours prior to the meeting that the City Council will meet in
executive session pursuant to Section 610.021 of the Missouri State Statutes
under the following:
a. To discuss or deal with legal actions, causes of action, or litigation.
b. To discuss hiring, firing, disciplining, or promotion of an employee of a public
governmental body.
c. To discuss or deal with lease, purchase, or sale of real estate.
NOTE: All items of the Council are open with the exception of Item 15 –
Executive Session.
16. ADJOURNMENT.
The meeting will be open to the public. Copies of ordinances and other matters
referred to above will be available for public inspection in the office of the City
Clerk.
