CALL MEETING TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Mayor Becky Stinchcomb called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. in Council Chambers of City Hall and led the Board in the Pledge of Allegiance. Agenda for this meeting was published on December 28, 2012. B. SWEARING IN OF NEWLY REAPPOINTED MEMBERS: Mayor Becky Stinchcomb gave the oath of office to newly reappointed members Asa Benjamin Winkler and Cynthia G. Canter. C. ROLL CALL. Present 5 - Debra Mecozzi, Ben Winkler, Hakim Ben Adjoua, Cynthia G. Canter, and Donald W. Jensen D. ELECTION OF CHAIR: A motion was made by Adjoua, seconded by Jensen, to elect Ben Winkler as Chair for the year 2013. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Winkler, Mecozzi, Adjoua, Canter and Jensen E. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR: A motion was made by Jensen, seconded by Canter, to elect Hakim Ben Adjoua as Vice Chair for the year 2013. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 5- Winkler, Mecozzi, Adjoua, Canter and Jensen F. ESTABLISH DAY & TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS: A motion was made by Canter, seconded by Mecozzi, that regular meetings be held on the 1st and 4th Thursdays of each month, as needed, at 6:30 p.m..
