Gahanna Board of Zoning & Buillding Appeals met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio on Thursday, May 23, 2013. Vice Chair called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.; agenda for this meeting was published on May 18, 2013. Present 4 - Debra Mecozzi, Hakim Ben Adjoua, Cynthia G. Canter, and Donald W. Jensen Absent 1 - Ben Winkler B. SWEARING IN OF WITNESSES. City Attorney Shane Ewald gave an oath to those people wishing to address the Board this evening. C. PUBLIC HEARING: Chair read the public hearing rules that would govern this evenings public hearing. Present 5 - Debra Mecozzi, Ben Winkler, Hakim Ben Adjoua, Cynthia G. Canter, and Donald W. Jensen BZA-0001-2013 Chair Winkler opened the public hearing at 6:40 p.m. Please see Transcript attached as EXHIBIT A. A motion was made by Canter, seconded by Mecozzi, to grant the appeal for BZA-0001-2013.
