PUBLIC HEARING: Chair Winkler read Public Hearing rules that would govern the public hearing. 1. BZA-0001-2014 To consider BZA-0001-2014 an appeal of a Final Notice of Violation of Section 1163.09 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; Limitation of Parking in Residential Districts; for parking of a City of Gahanna Page 1 Board of Zoning and Building Meeting Minutes September 4, 2014 Appeals Commercial Bus and sign trailer on a residential driveway; for property located at 959 Windbourne Street; Thomas Cimicato, applicant.
