Jensen Absent 2 - Hakim Ben Adjoua, and Timothy W. Pack D. ELECTION OF CHAIR Motion to nominate Ben Winkler for Chair of the Board of Building and Zoning Appeals by Jensen; seconded by Mecozzi. Yes: 3- Winkler, Mecozzi and Jensen Absent: 2- Adjoua and Pack E. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR Motion to nominate Adjoua for Vice Chairman of the Board of Building and Zoning by Mecozzi; seconded by Jensen. Yes: 3- Winkler, Mecozzi and Jensen Absent: 2- Adjoua and Pack F. ESTABLISH DAY & TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS: Motion to establish day & time for regular meetings by Winkler; seconded by Mecozzi.
