MAYOR KNEELAND TO CALL MEETING TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Mayor Kneeland called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. B. MAYOR KNEELAND TO ADMINISTER OATH OF OFFICE - 1. Timothy Pack - 3 year term Mr. Pack was not able to attend and will be administered the Oath of Office as soon as he's available. 2. Benjamin Winkler - 3 year term Mayor Kneeland administered the Oath of Office to Benjamin Winkler. C. ROLL CALL Present 4 - Hakim Ben Adjoua, Donald W. Jensen, Debra Mecozzi, and Ben Winkler Absent 1 - Timothy W. Pack D. ELECTION OF CHAIR Mayor Kneeland opened nominations for Chair. Adjoua nominated Winkler; there were no other nominations. A motion was made by Adjoua, seconded by Jensen, to nominate Winkler as the Chairman. ELECTION OF VICE CHAIR Chairman Winkler opened nominations for Vice Chair. Jensen nominated Adjoua; there were no other nominations. A motion was made by Jensen, seconded by Mecozzi, to nominate Adjoua as the Vice Chairman. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Adjoua, Jensen, Mecozzi and Winkler Absent: 1- Pack F. ESTABLISH DAY AND TIME FOR REGULAR MEETINGS Regular meetings to be held the 1st and 4th Thursday of each month, as needed, at 6:30 p.m. A motion was made by Adjoua, seconded by Mecozzi, that the Regular meetings be held the 1st and 4th Thursday of each month, as needed, at 6:30 p.m. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Adjoua, Jensen, Mecozzi and Winkler Absent: 1- Pack G. ADOPT RULES OF PROCEDURE: A motion was made by Jensen, seconded by Adjoua, that the current Board of Zoning & Building Appeals Rules of Procedure be adopted. The motion carried by the following vote: Yes: 4- Adjoua, Jensen, Mecozzi and Winkler Absent: 1- Pack 2016-0008 Board of Zoning and Building Appeals - Rules of Procedure H.
