CALL MEETING TO ORDER, PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, ROLL CALL The Board of Zoning and Building Appeals met in Regular Session in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 200 South Hamilton Road, Gahanna, Ohio, on August 10, 2017. The agenda for this meeting was published on July 21, 2017. Chair Jensen called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. with the Pledge of Allegiance led by Eisen. Present 5 - Hakim Ben Adjoua, Donald W. Jensen, Debra Mecozzi, Timothy W. Pack, and Lorne Eisen B. SWEAR-IN WITNESSES C. PUBLIC HEARINGS BZA-0002-2017 To consider an appeal from Planning Commission's denial of the application: V-0004-2017- To consider a Variance Application to vary Section 1155.07(b)(1), Outdoor Storage Areas, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; to allow stockpiles to be 25' in height; for property located at 1000 Bricklawn Avenue; Parcel ID No. 025-006164; Steve Geiger, Reklamation, LLC, applicant. See attached Record of Proceeding. A motion was made by Pack, seconded by Mecozzi, to modify the denial of the variance by the Planning Commission. V-0004-2017 to expire on February 10, 2018, which runs concurrent with CU-0001-2016, conditioned upon natural screening on the north side of the property, spaced every three feet, to be established by the end of 2017.
